I am happy to advise you that there is another wet period due for mid April. "Happy to advise you" you ask yourselves? Yes because this wet period is not due to rain, it's due to the biggest water fight you are ever likely to see if you are a tourist visiting Thailand. "Songkran" or Thai New Year is here again and the celebrations take place from 13th -15th April. If you go out onto the street during these 3 days you are guaranteed to get wet whether you want to or not.
