Chef Tummanoon incorporates experiences of his travels into new, delicious recipes. For example new on the menu is Chef’s Phuket rock lobster and sea scallop dish. Delicate in flavour the seafood combines well in a coconut coulis with lemon grass, galangal and kaffir lime. Squid ink spaghetti gets more bite with chilli and garlic but is not too spicy for anyone to enjoy. This month Chef was to be seen on Australian TV in the popular Getaway Travel Show.
